About Us: Why We Built a Free, No-Signup Chart Generator
This one started with a presentation I had to put together.
I needed a single statistical chart, and Excel's built-in chart tools kept letting me down — the default styles never looked right, every adjustment took a dozen clicks, and I still had to fight the layout afterwards. So I started wondering whether there was a simpler way. Could I set the whole thing up in a web page? Could I generate an image, save it, and drop it straight into my slides?
That's the tool I set out to build. It went live after more rounds of testing than I'd like to count, and the idea hasn't changed since: paste your data, get a clean chart, download the image. It also keeps growing — I'm working AI features into the chart side step by step, so it gets easier to use with every release.
What Table To Chart Does
Paste data copied from Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV source into the editor — or upload a .xlsx / .xls file — and it reads your table structure automatically. Pick a chart type, click once, and the chart is rendered instantly. The editor expands as your data grows, so nothing needs resizing by hand, and most first-time users have a finished chart in under a minute.
11 Chart Types, All of Them Free
Spline, line, column, bar, pie, area, scatter, dual ring, radar, heatmap, and funnel — eleven chart types covering trends over time, side-by-side comparison, and proportional composition. Every one of them is available at no cost, and every one exports at high resolution.
What We Deliberately Don't Do
A "free tool" usually comes with strings attached. Ours doesn't, and that is a design decision rather than a pricing promotion:
- No sign-up — no email address, no "continue with Google" wall.
- No watermark stamped on your charts.
- No locked chart types or "pro" tier hiding half the menu.
- No storing your tables or charts on our servers.
- No countdown timers, trial traps, or upgrade pop-ups.

Your Data Stays on Your Device
This matters more to us than it does to most chart tools, because the data people paste in here tends to be the sensitive kind — internal sales figures, student grades, research measurements, client numbers. Every chart is generated locally in your browser. Your tables and your charts are never uploaded to us, never logged, and never kept on a server. Close the tab and they're gone.
